The 15 Days of Christmas - Blog Hop

On the Fifth day of Christmas my sweetheart gave to me
"5 decorative Candles"
These candles are so much fun to make!! All you need is:
- Tissue paper
- White candles
- Your favorite Stamp
- Wax paper
- Any ink (NOT water based) I use Momento
- Heat embossing tool
-Anything you want to embellish with
What you want to do is stamp your image on the shiny side of the tissue paper. Cut your image out as close to your image as possible. Then you will place it on your candle shiny side out. You can put a few dabs of glue on your image to make sure it doesn't move. Then wrap your candle in wax paper holding the back securely then you take your heat embossing tool and heat your image. Don't heat it too long as it will bubble and wreck the candle just long enough for the image to stick. Remove your wax paper and there you are! A beautiful candle!! Embellish!! I embellished with stickles and some bling.
Below is a closer look at the candles and what stamps I used.
This candle I used a whippersnapper stamp.
This is a Close to My Heart Stamp Set
My favorite stamped with a Penny Black Stamp
This is an inkadinkadoo Stamp set (Also a fav of mine)
Thanks for hopping along with our 15 days of Christmas!! I hope that you enjoyed my creations!
I have decided to give away a candle of your choice! Just leave a comment below with what candle you like the most and why! If you want to follow my blog that would be great but not a requirement for the blog candy! I just love Friends!
Thank you to KinderStampO for putting on the blog hop.
